I’m an Engineering Manager with over 15 years of experience building software and leading teams. Currently based in Glasgow, I work remotely directing engineering teams across the globe.

What I Do

I lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, focusing on levelling up developers and creating high-performing units. My approach is simple: I work for my team, keeping them focused, engaged, and doing their best work.

Delivering software in highly regulated areas - Leadership roles in healthtech and fintech, navigating compliance and security requirements.
Building teams from the ground up - Scaled engineering departments, establishing DevOps cultures and high-performing units

Technical Background

I’ve spent my career working primarily with Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET, Azure) and modern web frameworks. I’m passionate about DevOps, developer experience, and building systems that scale.
